Dong Zhi (Winter Solstice Festival)

Its Dong Zhi today, an important festival of the chinese calender. It is a time for family reunion. Mummy cooked glutinous rice ball for us. We had lunch reunion at Gong Gong & Po Po house. Later in the evening, when we were about to reach Ah Gong & Ah Ma house for reunion dinner, we saw many kites in the sky and Daddy stopped his car by the roadside for me to take a closer look at the lovely kites.

So nice...So nice

Family Outing

Make your own popiah, sounds interesting. We had dinner at Good Chance Popiah Eating House @ Silat Ave where we made our very own popiah. Luckily, we were there early as the waiter told us that all the tables were fully booked. Business good ah but somehow the food standard dropped. Perhaps due to recession...ingredients also cut...what a bad excuse!!

Cable Car Ride is Cool
Next on the itinerary, we went to Mount Faber, The Jewel Box, to take a relaxing cable car ride and enjoy the unsurpassed views of S'pore harbour and skyline. I kept saying "wow, so nice" when I saw the city lightings.

Sunset at MountFaber..Its so beautiful!

Candle-light dinner in the cable car...with me around...think twice.

Come on..Let's board

On our return trip, we alighted at HarbourFront and went shopping at Vivocity. We went up to the upper level and spotted the tower Christmas tree and took pictures of it.

Back to The Jewel box, we grabbed a few more christmas shots and...home sweet home cos its running very late...I sucking my thumb..yawnzzzzzzz

I love playing the remote-controlled car

Playing the remote-controlled car, a new experience for me. By pressing the buttons on the remote, the car could move around...I had lotsa fun playing with it.

My hair needed a trim

My First Overseas Hair Trim

The festive seasons are approaching and its time to trim my hair. Since its a public holiday today, Daddy and Mummy brought me to JB to have breakfast and trim my hair at the same time. This shop opened at 8am and I was the first customer. Daddy bought along an extra T-Shirt for fear that I did not co-operate and had to carry me for the hair-cut. But I was very well-behaved this time round.

Calling all Mummy, bring your tot to JB for cheap haircut.

Its Swimming Time

Mummy signed up for the membership at the Civil Service Club. She wanted a less crowded and a cleaner pool for me to swim. That’s very thoughtful of her…

Din swim for ages due to the monsoon seasons. The weather is sunny today and here I am in my swimwear, ready to splash water and play at the pool slide, hooray!
